OUR POLICY

About the service
Although our product range is quite large, we believe that all the screenprinters  do not need a large variety of products from different manufacturers and suppliers. Too many colours, too many different products and additives means too much storage, too many invoices, too many different performace and... in short, just too expensive !
We work day by day to give you Quality, Performed and Optimized products. Possibly less different products as possible for as many applications as possible. This is definitely our policy and this is possible with our "standard products" and our specific products for specific technical performance, when required.
About the quality
Screenprinting technologies are not static as many people tend to believe. Screening West has chosen the manufacturers who still invest in screenprinting research with continual improvement to the ink formulations and printing technologies, paying great attention to the performances AND the health and safety factor for end operators and customers.
 
About the chemistry
Screening West chooses and stays only with manufactures who follow the new norms closely and the next European norms, which we will also adhere to in full, will be spread worldwide and are far more strict. 
For example: for graphic screenprinting ALL our solvent inks and thinners are ISOPHORONE free. In the meanwhile the harmfulness of ISOPHORONE  could still be a doubt for other suppliers, for Screening West - Grafco,  isophorone has already been eliminated for a while now.
Other example: for textile screenprinting phthalates in plastisol inks have been forbidden in the EU for several years and from the beginning of 2009 they will be fobidden in USA too (in UK they shoud be banned by Reach norms).
Screening West has only got plastisol inks that are completely phthalates free and phthalates free and PVC free inks.
